Q: Where can I find your prices?
A: Prices only appear on our website for discounted
items appearing on our sales page. To request a price
list or to discuss the price of any item, please call

Q: How can I get a 2008 catalogue and price
list?
A: Click 'REQUEST CATALOGUE' at the top of this screen

Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: Yes. Our minimum order is ten pieces in one colour
and size. Apart from samples, which can be ordered as
single pieces up to a maximum of five. You have to order
30 pieces per colour per size if out of stock.
Q: How many samples can I order?
A: Up to a maximum of five.
Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can order by email or fax, whichever is most
convenient for you. Once we’ve received your order
we’ll send you an order confirmation plus details
of your delivery date etc. within half an hour. Unfortunately,
we cannot accept orders over the phone.
Q: How can I pay?
A: We have a choice of easy payment methods so you can
pay by bank transfer or credit/debit card. Or, you may
choose to become an account holder.
Q: How can I become a B&B account holder?

Q: Which credit/debit cards do you accept?
A: You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or Switch.
Q: Do I have to pay in pounds sterling?
A: No. We offer our customers a choice of ways to pay,
so you can pay in GBP or Euros, whichever is most convenient
for you.
Q: Once I’ve placed an order, when will
I receive it?
A: If the pieces you’ve ordered are in stock,
we’ll let you know within half an hour and send
out your order the same day for next day delivery in
the UK (if placed before 2pm). For overseas, delivery
time will depend on which country you’re in. Please

Q: How long will I have to wait for my order
if the garments I’ve asked for aren’t in
stock?
A: This depends on the availability of stock at our
factories, but we’re committed to delivering your
order as quickly as possible. Our customer service team
can discuss this with you.
Q: What is the delivery charge?
A: This depends on the size of the order and when you
need it. Please call us on +44 (0)1332 381 603 to discuss
this.
Q: Can I make my own delivery arrangements?
A: Yes, that’s fine. Of course, we have a range
of transport options for you to choose from too –
all offering excellent value for money and convenience.
Q: Can I make up a carton from a variety of
colours/sizes/styles in order to buy at carton rate?
A: Unfortunately, no. Our minimum order is strictly
10 per size/style/colour in order for us to be able
to offer the garments at carton price.
Q: I cant find the exact style/colour that
I need on the website or in the brochure - can you help?
A: Yes. We offer a bespoke service that allows us to
manufacture garments to your specification. Call us
on +44 (0)1332 381 603 to discuss your requirements.
Q: What does ‘bespoke’ mean?
A: ‘Bespoke’ garments are pieces we make
especially for an individual customer, according to
their specifications.
Q: What is the minimum order for bespoke garments?
A: If placing an order in a standard colour and fabric,
minimum quantities start from 120 pieces per size/style/colour,
depending on the complexity of the design. If you choose
a pantone colour, however, the minimum order is 500
pieces.
Q: How long will bespoke orders take to be
completed?
A: We’ll deliver your order within 3 weeks.
Q: Do you have printing/embroidery facilities?
A: Yes, we can arrange this for you, including a full
logistics service. Subject to minimum quantities, depending

Q: Do you have a labelling service?
A: Yes, we can do this for you inhouse. Please call

Q: Can I get colour swatches before I place
an order?

Q: Do B&B garments come with washing instructions?
A: Yes, you’ll find a washing instructions label
sewn inside every garment.
Q: I already know which garment I want to
look at, how can I find it on the website?

the product code if you know it, or a key word. Alternatively,
you can search by colour, product section or a combination
of all of these.
