The Organic Cotton Clothing Range

As an ethical company we believe we have a responsibility towards the environment. So we created our beautiful new Organic Cotton clothing range to help protect the planet from the harmful effects of genetically modified crops, soil additives, synthetic fertilisers and defoliants. Our authentically Organic Cotton is produced in a way which is kind to the environment, helping to restore the earth’s natural balance and create a range characterised by its super-fine knit and healthy, glossy shine.

Perfect for everything from the latest t-shirt design to babies’ clothes, our Organic Cotton can be dyed using a range of techniques, with exactly the same care instructions as all our other fabrics.

Printing & Decoration
All of the fabrics are suitable for a multitude of embellishment techniques such as beading, heat transfers or appliqué and look fantastic when printed or embroidered.

Dyeing & Shrinkage
The garments are all pre-shrunk and are reactive dyed to ensure minimum shrinkage, colour fastness and to enable printing.

Testing
Our textiles are fully tested to ensure accuracy of weight, composition and durability.

Our fabrics - How you feel is a reflection of our feel

	Organic Cotton We are the pioneering UK manufacturer of authentic organic cotton jersey. This natural fabric offers an uber-fine knit and soft sensation while still nourishing Mother Earth. The weight of our organic cotton is 220 grams per square metre; it is available in our classically cut styles: 001 for women, 051 for men, 066 for children and 204 for babies. It is free of any genetic modifications and can be subjected to various dying practices, to give various distressed finishes.
	Single Jersey Fashionable, chic and flattering, Single Jersey is utilised in our new 2005 collection. The finer knit means it is perfect for prints and the thinner 165gsm weight makes it perfect for more exotic climates. The construction of the cloth makes it ideal for up-and-coming fabric processes trends such as layering and raw edges.
	Distressed Wash (Single Jersey) Encompassing the latest trends for vintage fabrics, this is a must-have look for the fashion conscious. The process involves distressing the 100% cotton single jersey fabric to create a worn, of-the-moment appearance. It is currently available from stock in a weight of 165gsm as part of the Mens Contemporary collection. Please call us to discuss your requirements for using the treatment as part of a bespoke order.
	1x1 Rib This 210g fabric allows for maximum stretch and ease of movement, which is why it has been designed to be experienced through our active wear range. Beading, appliqué and embroidery are just a few examples of the many personalisations’ that can be applied to this textile.
	Interlock The beautifully smooth finish and 220g weight of this combed cotton explains why any embellishments can be used on it, such as heat transfers, printing and embroidery. The luxurious Interlock cotton is of such high quality and innovative technology that it is our leading fabric. Due to the fact that it is so popular we are introducing a lighter, 195g, bespoke version of this classic for the summer.
	180gsm Interlock New for 2006 is the amazing 180gsm Interlock fabric; a lighter-weight version of the highly popular classic Interlock designed especially for summer.
	Pique This uniquely engineered fabric is created on multi-feed circular machines to achieve its fine double knit quality. We are breathing new life into the classic Pique cloth by using it in our range of stylish polo shirts. This 200g cloth is breathable and can be used for techniques like embroidery and appliqués.
	Integrated Sweat Inspired by the Hip Hop movement of the 1980’s, the 70% cotton and 30% Polyester Integrated Sweat is used to perfection in the range of box-fit hoodies. This 360g fabric has a brushed cosy inner which makes it perfect for the winter months and it is suitable for multitude of decorative processes.
	Cotton Lycra Cotton Lycra is inspired by real women’s body shapes, as it is as flattering as it is functional. The 8% Lycra and 92% cotton fusion, 200g, fabric holds it’s shape wash after wash, can take any personalisation and looks stunning cut into our Deconstructed Vest Dress; Audrey.
	100% Cotton Sweat This 360g cotton is designed to be the highest grade, durability and comfort, its weight allows it to hold any embellishment without strain. The 100% cotton sweat is the last word it street style, it contains soft brushed inner and can also be over-dyed.
	100% Loopback Cotton Our 280gsm Loopback Cotton retains its fashionable box shape and doesn’t cling to the body; it’s comfortable and with a smooth enough surface to carry off any decoration. The underside of this fabric has a brushed, tactile quality, it is available in garments 307 (Pearl) and 212 (Napier) for example.
