Leave the M1 motorway at Junction 24.
Follow the A50 into Derby and then take the A6 Derby.
At the next roundabout, turn left and follow the signs
for Derby city centre. Keep going straight ahead and
at the next major roundabout you’ll see the Blue
Peter pub.
Turn left at the pub and then keep going straight ahead
until you reach the next major roundabout, known as
Spider Island. Take the 3rd exit on the right and keep
going straight ahead. At the end of the road, once over
the hill, turn left into Shaftesbury Avenue. Follow
the road and after going over the roundabout, turn right
into Cotton Brook road.B&B is about 500 yards down
the road.
